RIGOR	Exam Delivery Method	Secure on-line testing facilities with more than 300 convenient testing locations.  No reference materials allowed	On-line/open book exams;  or Pencil-and-paper exam;  or As few as three online testing locations
COMPETENCY	Recertification Requirements	Bi-annual compliance with CPE requirements.	Annual submission of professional conduct statement without CPE requirements.
DISCIPLINE	Retesting Policy	Candidate may retest in subsequent windows.	Candidate may retest immediately (and within 60 days) until passed.
COMMITMENT	Reactivation Policy	Provide 90 day late recertification window and an additional 90 day reactivation with fee.	No reactivation permitted after certification is inactivated.
VALUE	Recertification Costs	FREE recertification for members and fee for non-members.	No charge for non-members.
