Motorola announces new mobile device to receive payments

AT A NATIONAL RETAIL FEDERATION CONFERENCE, Motorola revealed a device that attaches to wireless handhelds to enable retailers to swipe credit cards and perform credit checks away from normal checkout locations, ComputerWorld reports.
